The candidates who pass phase one proceeds to take phase two exam. This is an objective test taken an online exam that consists of 200 marks and 50 marks of a descriptive test.

Phase three is the last phase where the successful candidates of phase two are invited for an interview. The candidates who pass this phase are therefore given Junior management positions in the banks.
